It is hoped that the advances from nanoscience and nanotechnology, specifically in the development of new processes and materials at a nano scale level, draw a map for a route towards potential solutions to the problems regarding energy, environment, health, food, etc. These areas require urgent attention in order to improve the quality of life for the present and future generations.

These scenarios raise the need to socialize this new knowledge, to propose and access ways to the interested community and to the new generations who are formed inside this transition.
